About Homera Health
Homera Health has built some of today’s largest and fastest-growing D2C telemedicine brands. As we expand existing and new market operations, we’re hiring world-class talent across product design, front-end and back-end engineering, digital marketing, data analytics and operations to join us in building the next generation of virtual healthcare experiences.
About the Role
As an Analytics Analyst, you’ll play a hands-on role in maintaining the accuracy and reliability of analytics and tracking infrastructure across multiple brands and digital properties. You’ll troubleshoot tracking implementations across GA4, Mixpanel, and Google Tag Manager, ensure teams follow established tracking protocols, and verify that campaigns and experiments have the appropriate tracking in place before launch.
You’ll also build recurring dashboards and reports, perform ad-hoc analysis, and support business teams with data-driven insights and decision-making. This role is ideal for an analytical, detail-oriented, and autonomous professional who enjoys solving tracking and data quality issues while continuously developing their analytics skill set.
Responsibilities
- Tracking Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Maintain and troubleshoot tracking implementations across GA4, Mixpanel, and Google Tag Manager using dataLayer, cookies, session storage, and browser developer tools to diagnose and flag issues.
- Tracking Governance: Enforce established tracking protocols across new and existing pages and ensure teams follow the correct UTM structure for accurate campaign tracking.
- Experiment QA: Verify that experiments have the appropriate tracking in place before launch so results can be measured accurately and reliably.
- Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain recurring dashboards and reports for stakeholders across the organization.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business, marketing, and product decisions.
- Data Quality: QA analytics data, identify tracking discrepancies, and flag issues to the appropriate teams.
- Cross-Company Support: Support the analytics foundation across Homera Health’s brands and digital properties.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve tracking processes, data quality, reporting, and analytics workflows as the business evolves.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in an analytics/web analytics role, ideally within a marketing or growth context.
- Marketing fluency: Comfortable with core campaign concepts and terminology — UTMs, conversion windows, channel attribution, CTA, CTR, etc.
- Analytics data-model fluency: Understands foundational analytics concepts — users, sessions, events, properties, dimensions, and metrics — and how they relate within a tracking system.
- Hands-on tracking/debugging experience: Understands what dataLayers are and their role in analytics; familiar with cookies and session storage; has real experience debugging tracking issues in a live analytics setup.
- Advanced, hands-on experience with GA4.
- Autonomous and hands-on: Capable of owning day to day project/clickup deliverables while receiving strategic guidance from the team.
- Growth mindset: Comfortable picking up new tools and skills as the project evolves.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Basic familiarity with GTM (we don't rely heavily on it, so foundational knowledge is enough).
- Familiarity with Mixpanel or another product analytics tool (not required — someone strong in GA4 can typically ramp up quickly here, especially with support from the team).
- Product fluency: Comfortable with subscription/product metrics such as adoption, retention, churn, MRR, etc.
- Front-end comfort: Familiarity with Chrome DevTools, CSS selectors, and basic HTML structure is useful for tracking and debugging.
- SQL will not be a core requirement of this role, but prior experience with it (or a genuine interest in learning) is a strong plus, given the eventual move toward a BI layer tool.
- AI for analytics: Experience using AI tools in day-to-day analytics work; familiarity with AI-assisted analysis, reporting, troubleshooting, or workflow automation is a strong plus.
