As an Associate Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients as assigned to ensure program success and growth. These relationships are multi-faceted, including managing implementations, contracting, coordination of service delivery, reporting, and expansion of services. In addition, you will serve as an assigned subject matter expert on these clients and certain Telligen services to support the Sales and Account Management teams on new business opportunities.
