Reports to: Regional Director of Community Gatherings  Hours Commitment: 40-45 hours/week with regular weekend responsibilities. Purpose Statement: To lead an LCBC Campus to increasing effectiveness at introducing more and more people to Jesus and helping them to become fully devoted followers.
