- Strong understanding of user acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty in B2C products;
- Experience with user segmentation and basic HTML knowledge;
- Experience working with analytics tools and bonus mechanics (free spins, cashback, deposit bonuses);
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams;
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher (Spanish is a plus).
