Job Summary The Director of MRO Maintenance Sales leads Western Aircraft’s revenue growth strategy for aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services. This senior leadership role is accountable for directing a team of Sales Representatives and administrative staff to achieve aggressive sales targets across business aviation maintenance, avionics, and interior services. The Director develops and executes a comprehensive sales strategy, fosters key customer relationships, and drives cross-functional collaboration to position Western Aircraft as the premier MRO provider in the region.
