Your Job: Your Job as the DC Wave Planner is to work closely with the DC Shipping Supervisor, other DC Supervisors and Customer Service to coordinate and direct the daily workload for all ecommerce and Wholesale orders. Your work includes waving and routing of orders that will be processed and shipped according to customer expectations. Additionally, you will track the progress of waves, release more work to the floor as needed and maintain an open lines of communication with various departments in the distribution center. You will also route waves through the assign portal specific to each customer and coordinate shipments through each carrier. Our business is constantly evolving and the work you’ll be responsible for will have a tremendous impact on the DC’s ability to deliver results and maintain the highest level of service Brooks is known for!
