OVERVIEW The Entertainment Keyholder is a junior manager at Level99, overseeing all entertainment operations to create a positive environment for Players and team members. They collaborate with entertainment and technical teams to maintain venue quality and can fill any entertainment role or act as Manager on Duty. A successful Keyholder is a proactive leader, coach, and guest advocate who embodies honesty, integrity, and humility.
