About the Role
This is the first engineering hire at an early-stage B2B SaaS startup automating critical back-office workflows for distributors and manufacturers. You'll work directly with live customers, own problems end to end, and have an outsized impact on both the product and the company's trajectory.
What You'll Do
- Talk directly with customers, understand their workflows, and translate their problems into product decisions.
- Build across the full stack — customer-facing features, AI agents, third-party integrations, and infrastructure.
- Improve the evals, tests, and tooling that make each new customer implementation faster and more reliable.
- Ship your first feature to a live customer within week one.
- Design and implement a customer-facing feature end to end within your first month.
- Own a meaningful surface area of the product within your first quarter.
What We're Looking For
- Full-stack production experience with TypeScript, Next.js, and Python.
- Demonstrated experience building production-ready AI agents, including context engineering, tool design, and evaluation frameworks.
- Experience deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience integrating with legacy systems, APIs, and third-party enterprise software platforms (ERP/CRM experience a plus).
- Ability to conduct customer discovery, gather requirements, and independently drive features from brief through deployment.
- Experience building automated testing, eval frameworks, and observability tooling for production systems.
- Comfort thriving in early-stage, small-team environments with rapid iteration cycles.
- Familiarity with LLM frameworks, prompt engineering, or AI agent orchestration tools is a strong plus.
- Background in B2B operations automation or manufacturing/distribution workflows is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $140,000 – $220,000 USD annually
- Visa sponsorship is available.
