In this unique role, you’ll bring your expertise as a higher ed HR leader to: • Elevate your impact by serving simultaneously as a CHRO and consultant. • Lead HR transformation initiatives that improve service delivery, compliance, and employee experience. • Design and implement HR strategies and systems that align with institutional goals and strengthen culture. • Partner directly with senior leadership and stakeholders to drive change, engagement, and accountability. • Stay connected to CampusWorks’ national network of experts and resources while making a lasting impact locally. A hybrid presence may be required with frequent travel to client locations.
