About the Position: We are seeking an accomplished, strategic, and detail-oriented bilingual (English & French) HR professional to join our growing team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner, the Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in delivering a broad range of HR programs and services, including leading departmental communications, administering leave management programs, supporting employee relations, advancing strategic HR initiatives, and ensuring alignment with organizational policies and compliance requirements. Serving as a trusted resource to employees across the organization, the Human Resources Generalist will bring a strong service-oriented approach to providing timely, accurate guidance on HR policies, procedures, programs, and a wide range of employee-related matters.
