Senior Software Engineer (Java) Job Purpose As a Senior Software Engineer at CI&T, you will serve as a technical leader and mentor within cross-functional project teams, taking ownership of complex software solutions and technical decisions. You will design, develop, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise applications, including mission-critical legacy systems, while mentoring engineers and promoting engineering excellence. You will contribute to technical strategy, lead critical software initiatives, support production environments, and collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
