Your mission & challenges

Conduct research on various legal issues, including corporate law, IT law, and AI law.
Support the review, drafting, and negotiation of national and international contracts.
Assist in developing and reviewing internal policies and processes.
Support the identification and assessment of legal risks.
Provide general administrative support to the legal team.

What we can look forward to

Enrolled student in Business Law, Law, or a comparable field.
Strong interest in technology law, particularly IT law, AI law, and international contract law.
Analytical thinking, with a structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
Confident use of MS Office.
Experience with legal tech tools is a plus.
