This role is responsible for ensuring maintenance technicians, facilities teams, and production operations have timely access to critical spare parts, consumables, tools, PPE, and indirect materials needed to maintain uptime and support safe operations. The MRO/VMI Coordinator will manage storeroom organization, inventory accuracy, replenishment strategies, and on-site vendor managed inventory programs. This role requires strong execution, urgency, organization, and the ability to partner cross-functionally with Maintenance, Operations, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Finance, and supplier representatives.
