The Semiconductor Construction Project Site Manager is responsible for overall on-site leadership and execution of a greenfield semiconductor facility project—from site development and early works through vertical construction, systems installation, commissioning, and turnover. This role provides single-point field leadership to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives are achieved while coordinating multiple contractors, trades, and stakeholders in a highly complex, fast-paced environment. The Site Manager plays a critical role in translating the owner’s vision and project strategy into successful field execution while maintaining strict compliance with semiconductor industry standards.
