- Drive continuous improvement and automation of reporting processes, controls, and data quality within the regulatory framework.
- Identify opportunities to streamline capital adequacy workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Lead interdisciplinary projects and take ownership of regulatory matters (e.g., processes for new products, expansion into new markets, licence applications).
- Serve as a key point of contact for external partners and regulatory authorities on reporting and capital adequacy topics.
What You Need To Have
- Completed degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Engineering, or Data Science.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, gained either in regulatory reporting at a bank or in consulting/auditing at a Big 4 firm.
- Solid understanding of prudential regulatory frameworks (CRR/CRD, IFR/IFD).
- High reliability, a strong eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment within a rapidly expanding organization.

- Challenging projects with high impact on our international growth.
- Collaboration with a team of smart, driven, and supportive high-performers.
- A flexible, idea-friendly culture that values ownership and initiative.
- Competitive Remuneration package.
