Job Title: Residential Electrician
Location: Salisbury MD (With local Travel in MD/DE)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Residential Electrician with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, can work independently or as part of a team, and is comfortable interacting with homeowners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential homes
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards
- Perform panel upgrades, wiring, lighting installation, and general electrical repairs
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding work scope and timelines
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of residential electrical experience required
- Journeyman Electrician license in Maryland or Delaware preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, tools, and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with service calls and troubleshooting
- Ability to mentor apprentices or junior electricians
- Strong customer service skills
