About the Opportunity
This role is designed as a fast-growth path into Regional Sales Management. The right person will start by leading one Attic Projects branch, learning our sales process, team, and standards while proving they can consistently deliver strong results. Once they demonstrate the ability to lead the team, maintain performance, develop salespeople, and operate the branch successfully, the opportunity is to expand into managing two locations as a Regional Sales Manager. We want someone ambitious who sees the bigger opportunity, but understands that growth here is earned through performance.
Role and Responsibilities:

Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales organization, hire, train, coach, and hold the team accountable to clear standards

Lead from the front when needed, set the pace, model the sales process, and earn credibility through results and consistency

Drive regional strategy and execution across lead conversion, closing performance, pricing discipline, and forecasting

Establish a strong performance culture using KPIs, scorecards, coaching, and clear improvement plans, remove roadblocks and elevate talent

Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Call Center, and Operations to ensure a smooth handoff from lead to contract and a strong client experience end-to-end

Ensure proposal and documentation quality at a high level so deals are clean, finance-ready, and operationally executable

Set and protect a “white-glove” customer service standard in the sales process, manage escalations when needed, and consistently drive 5-star experiences

Maintain field readiness for the sales team, including tools, resources, and professional standards that support performance

This role requires 30%-50% travel time
Be mobile and flexible in the LA- Orange Area
Pay Structure: Base 150k+ Bonus
