This leader will oversee site security personnel, security contractors, access control systems, surveillance technology, investigations, emergency response planning, and overall facility security compliance. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership experience within manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or critical infrastructure environments and has demonstrated success managing multi-site security operations. This individual will work cross-functionally with Operations, Human Resources, Facilities, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Information Technology, and Executive Leadership to identify security risks, mitigate threats, and ensure business continuity.
