Solutus Legal Search has been exclusively retained by our client, a leading health and wellness platform that is revolutionizing telehealth for providers and patients alike, in its search for a Senior Counsel, Product. This attorney will report to the Head Counsel, Product and will serve as a hands-on legal partner responsible for the day-to-day review of marketing claims and promotional materials across the company’s consumer and FDA-regulated product portfolio. This is a highly tactical, execution-oriented role: you will conduct substantive claim reviews, provide legal support for clinical trials and research initiatives, and partner with Regulatory Affairs and other cross-functional teams to build compliance directly into the marketing development process. Sitting at the intersection of product, science, healthcare regulation, and marketing, you will help the business move quickly and responsibly by making sound, practical legal and regulatory judgments in real time.
