Position Summary: GLIDE is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer & Business Systems Lead (internally known as Senior Salesforce Workflow Automation Developer) who serves as the technical and business-facing leader of our Salesforce ecosystem. This role will help GLIDE reimagine how Salesforce supports programs, services, reporting, and operations across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on Salesforce development and workflow automation skills with business process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and project leadership. This person will work closely with program and administrative teams to understand how work gets done today, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate those needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. This is a hands-on role, but success requires more than coding. The Senior Salesforce Developer & Business Systems Lead will serve as a trusted Salesforce resource across GLIDE, helping teams understand what is possible, guiding enterprise-wide system changes, and bringing staff along as we evolve how Salesforce is used across the organization." The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys both building Salesforce solutions and working directly with people to improve the way an organization operates This is an onsite position based in San Francisco and requires 4–5 days onsite each week.
