What does it mean to be a Senior Training Specialist at GLS?   The Senior Training Specialist executes the company’s Learning & Development strategy by partnering with senior leaders and key stakeholders to identify organizational learning needs, design and deliver effective programs, and evaluate program outcomes. This role also leads a team of Training Specialists across job levels.
