Loading trucks comes next, followed by the Dill Autonomy Engine: generalized autonomy that will eventually orchestrate robots across entire logistics processes. We're looking for a seasoned Software Engineering Manager, Motion Planning, to lead and grow our motion planning team, building the algorithms that let our robotic arms manipulate and unload packages quickly and safely at scale. You'll drive motion planning innovation from concept to production in fast-paced, real-world logistics environments, with a strong focus on team mentorship and development.
