Substance Abuse Counselor Part-Time On-Site

About the Role Arundel Lodge is seeking a Substance Abuse Counselor to provide counseling, therapeutic intervention, and recovery-focused support to individuals with mental health and substance use needs. The counselor will deliver individual and group counseling services, including leading both in-person and virtual intensive outpatient (IOP) and outpatient recovery groups. This role requires a strong commitment to the Recovery Model, emphasizing hope, respect, empowerment, and person-centered care.
