Role and Responsibilities include: Lead and support Production and Manufacturing efforts, including Production/Manufacturing Reviews and Readiness Assessments; provide systems engineering support to the Chief Engineer (CHENG) and CHENG activities. Oversee development contractor production, integration, and manufacturing activities. Support system integration of multiple efforts, and support overall System of Systems deployment into Operation. Perform Systems Engineering Analyses and Assessments; to include Configuration Control Board support, Design variance approval, Technical Risk Assessments. Make Program-Level Risks Assessments and provides actionable recommendations to the Chief Engineer and Program Manager. Independently collaborate with Government Program Office representatives, FFRDC, SETA, and contractor personnel.
