As TKDA continues its growth journey beyond 500 employee-owners and toward the next chapter of our strategic vision, this position will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and securing talent across the career spectrum, from students and early-career professionals to experienced technical leaders and industry experts. This is a recruiting-focused position with a strong emphasis on proactive sourcing, passive candidate outreach, talent pipeline development, and relationship building. A significant portion of your time will be spent identifying and engaging professionals who may not be actively seeking a new opportunity while building long-term relationships that support current and future hiring needs. Beyond recruiting, you'll help strengthen TKDA's employer brand by showcasing our people, culture, projects, employee ownership experience, and career opportunities through social media, recruitment marketing, and employee engagement initiatives.
