Apply on Fitt

Fitt Talent Partners is a specialized recruitment firm for top health and wellness companies.

We're filling this role for an innovative wellness company redefining hospitality through a first-of-its-kind social wellness club experience.

About the Company

The Company is a social wellness club, redefining how people socialize through self-care. We believe feeling your best should be a shared experience, not a solitary one.

Our clubs combine evidence-based wellness therapies, self-care practices, hospitality, and beautifully designed spaces to create experiences that help people leave feeling better than when they arrived.

Every interaction matters. Every conversation shapes the guest experience. Every team member helps define our brand.

We are looking for leaders who naturally create connection, anticipate needs before they are spoken, and genuinely care about helping others feel their best.

The Opportunity

As the Vice President, Field Operations, you are the senior field leader responsible for driving performance, consistency, culture, and execution across all Company clubs.

This is a hands-on, in-club leadership role. You are expected to work shoulder to shoulder with General Managers, understand the rhythm of each club, coach leaders in real time, identify what is getting in the way of performance, and ensure that every club is operating with excellence.

You will own the connection between strategy and execution. You will help ensure that what is planned actually happens in the clubs, consistently, on time, and at the highest standard.

You are equal parts operator, coach, revenue driver, culture builder, and brand ambassador. You understand that strong club performance is created through daily discipline: clear expectations, thoughtful leadership, consistent follow-up, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of the guest and member experience.

This role is responsible for strengthening four-wall economics, improving membership growth and retention, supporting GMs, creating a positive and accountable culture, and ensuring every Company club delivers a consistent, elevated, and deeply human experience.

This is not a strategy-only or hands-off corporate role. You will be present in the clubs, visible to the teams, connected to members, fluent in the services, and deeply engaged in the details that shape performance.

Your goal is simple:

Help every club, every GM, every team member, and every guest experience become stronger.

What You’ll Do

Lead Field Operations Across All Clubs

  • Oversee day-to-day field operations across Company clubs in Los Angeles, New York City, and Boston
  • Ensure each club operates with consistent standards, strong execution, and a clear connection to the Company brand
  • Spend meaningful time in clubs observing, coaching, supporting, and improving execution
  • Understand every club touchpoint, from front desk and tours to treatment rooms, provider handoffs, events, member experience, and closing routines
  • Identify operational gaps and work directly with GMs to solve them
  • Ensure club standards are clear, measurable, and consistently reinforced across markets
  • Serve as the senior operational leader in the field when the Founder is not present
  • Represent the Company with confidence and credibility during tours, VIP visits, partner meetings, and high-level guest interactions

Drive Revenue, Membership Growth, and Retention

  • Partner with GMs to drive revenue performance across memberships, packages, services, retail, events, and food and beverage
  • Build a field rhythm around membership growth, member onboarding, renewals, retention, pauses, cancellations, and win-back opportunities
  • Coach GMs and club teams to lead relationship-based membership conversations rooted in trust, education, and guest goals
  • Ensure teams listen first, recommend thoughtfully, and understand how to communicate the value of the Company clearly
  • Monitor club-level revenue trends and translate them into practical action plans
  • Identify opportunities to increase utilization, improve conversion, strengthen follow-up, and deepen member engagement
  • Partner with Marketing, Events, Finance, and club leadership to turn company initiatives into field-level results
  • Help build local community energy, referral opportunities, and member relationships that support long-term growth

Lead, Coach, and Elevate General Managers

  • Directly lead, coach, and manage General Managers across all clubs
  • Conduct structured weekly one-on-one meetings with each GM
  • Help GMs set clear priorities, understand their numbers, and take ownership of results
  • Coach GMs on leadership presence, team communication, revenue execution, accountability, culture, and guest experience
  • Support GMs in building strong Assistant General Managers, Specialists, providers, concierge teams, and club crew
  • Hold GMs accountable for financial results, KPI performance, staffing, standards, follow-through, and team culture
  • Identify GM development needs and create clear action plans to strengthen performance
  • Step in when needed to support difficult conversations, operational resets, team stabilization, or leadership transitions
  • Build a culture of ownership, reliability, accountability, and disciplined execution at the GM level

Protect a Consistent Guest and Member Experience

  • Ensure every club delivers a warm, polished, highly personalized, and consistent Company experience
  • Observe the full guest journey and identify opportunities to improve flow, communication, education, hospitality, and recovery
  • Coach GMs and teams on thoughtful tours, first impressions, service education, member connection, and relationship-based sales
  • Ensure guest and member communication by phone, text, email, and in person reflects Company standards
  • Review guest feedback, complaints, member concerns, and experience trends with GMs
  • Partner with club leaders to correct breakdowns before they become recurring issues
  • Support teams in creating experiences that make guests and members feel genuinely seen, cared for, and better than when they arrived

Build a Positive, High-Performing Club Culture

  • Partner with GMs to create club cultures rooted in warmth, accountability, ownership, teamwork, and high standards
  • Model the leadership behaviors expected of Company GMs
  • Help GMs build trust with their teams through clear communication, consistent one-on-ones, effective huddles, recognition, and follow-through
  • Read team temperature and identify morale, communication, or leadership issues early
  • Address cultural issues, gossip, confusion, disengagement, or inconsistent standards before they impact performance
  • Support GMs in creating an environment where team members feel clear, supported, accountable, and proud of their work
  • Reinforce the belief that culture is shaped by daily behaviors
  • Ensure the way we lead internally reflects the care and excellence we promise externally

Own Four-Wall Economics and Operational Discipline

  • Fully own and continuously improve four-wall unit economics across all clubs

  • Partner closely with Finance to track, analyze, and improve:

    • Revenue by club and service line
    • Membership performance and retention
    • Provider productivity and utilization
    • Labor efficiency and scheduling
    • Event revenue and profitability
    • Cost control and operational efficiency
  • Translate financial data into clear priorities and expectations for GMs

  • Help GMs understand the connection between labor, scheduling, utilization, revenue, service standards, and profitability

  • Use data and field observation to drive operational decisions

  • Ensure clubs are managing resources thoughtfully without compromising the guest experience

  • Create a consistent operating rhythm around KPIs, scorecards, follow-up, and course correction

Drive Execution of Company Initiatives

  • Own the field rollout and execution of new club enhancements, operational initiatives, marketing initiatives, service updates, training expectations, and revenue programs
  • Ensure GMs understand the “why,” the standard, the timeline, and the expected outcome for each initiative
  • Track execution across clubs and follow up on gaps
  • Remove friction between cross-functional strategy and club-level implementation
  • Partner with Marketing, Events, Finance, People, and Operations to ensure initiatives are realistic, understood, and executed in the field
  • Create feedback loops from the clubs back to corporate leadership so the company understands what is working, what is not, and what needs to be adjusted

Strengthen Training, Onboarding, and People Operations

  • Partner with People and Operations to improve onboarding, training, and leadership development across the clubs
  • Ensure training standards are consistent, practical, and scalable
  • Support GMs in onboarding new hires with clarity around service standards, guest experience, membership education, operational expectations, and culture
  • Help identify training gaps across clubs and create plans to close them
  • Partner with People on employee relations, performance management, compliance, staffing structure, scheduling practices, and leadership development
  • Ensure club-level practices align with labor laws, company policies, and Company standards
  • Support a consistent employee experience across all markets while recognizing the unique needs of each club

Support Events, Partnerships, and Community Revenue

  • Oversee field execution of events, private rentals, brand activations, and community experiences across clubs
  • Treat events as a meaningful four-wall revenue driver and member engagement opportunity
  • Partner with Events, Marketing, and GMs to ensure events are operationally sound, on-brand, profitable, and well-executed
  • Ensure clubs are prepared for events through staffing, room readiness, guest flow, provider coordination, and follow-up
  • Hold teams accountable to event revenue, utilization, execution, and guest experience standards
  • Use events and partnerships to build community, deepen member relationships, and drive future business

Partner With the Founder and Leadership Team

  • Work directly with the Founder/CEO, Chief of Staff, Finance, People, Marketing, Events, and Operations leaders on company priorities
  • Take full ownership of aligned initiatives without requiring constant follow-up
  • Bring clarity, urgency, and disciplined execution to the field
  • Surface issues early and recommend practical solutions

  • Reduce operational dependency on the Founder by creating stronger systems, stronger GMs, and more predictable execution
  • Help build the operational foundation required for the Company’s next stage of growth
