What JobStar does
JobStar organizes public job-listing data into searchable company, category, location, and individual job pages. A JobStar job page provides discovery context and a copy of source-provided details; the application button opens the employer's own applicant tracking system or careers page.
JobStar does not accept résumés, process applications, decide who is interviewed, or have access to an employer's private recruiting system.
Why the site exists
Job listings are scattered across thousands of company boards. JobStar makes those public postings easier to find while preserving a direct path back to the employer. The source page remains authoritative for whether a role is open, its requirements, compensation, location, and application process.
