Vascular Health is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to help expand access to vascular care throughout the Parsippany, NJ area. In this highly autonomous role, you’ll evaluate patients in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and other care settings, helping identify vascular disease earlier and connecting patients with the treatment they need.
This is an opportunity to make an impact beyond the walls of a traditional clinic while building relationships with patients, families, and referral partners throughout the community.

Who You Are
You’re an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is comfortable working independently, building relationships, and managing patients across multiple care settings.
You bring:

Degree from an accredited NP or PA program

Active NP or PA license in New Jersey

National certification — AANP or ANCC for NPs; NCCPA for PAs

Current BLS and ACLS certifications

DEA license or ability to obtain

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally between skilled nursing and other care facilities

Experience in a clinic, hospital, emergency, primary care, acute care, or chronic care setting

Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
-
A collaborative, patient-first approach to care
-
Interest in vascular health and continued clinical development
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Advanced Practice Provider with Vascular Health, you’ll play an important role in identifying patients who may benefit from specialized vascular care and helping them navigate next steps.
Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting patient examinations and reviewing medical histories

Ordering and interpreting appropriate diagnostic testing

Evaluating patients for Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) and other vascular conditions

Reviewing laboratory and ultrasound results

Developing appropriate treatment recommendations and care plans

Prescribing medications within your scope of practice

Educating patients and families about vascular disease, treatment options, and ongoing care

Educating and building relationships with referral sources

Maintaining accurate patient documentation and schedules

Monitoring patients’ ongoing vascular health and care needs

Traveling between skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and other facilities throughout the assigned territory

Total compensation is based on experience and may include base salary, bonuses, and other incentive pay.
