About the Role
This is a high-ownership content marketing role focused entirely on the German-speaking market, sitting at the intersection of brand, growth, and product. You'll define the voice and messaging strategy that helps businesses discover, evaluate, and trust an AI-powered communication platform — and you'll own execution from end to end.
What You'll Do
- Own the content marketing strategy and execution for the German-speaking market.
- Define and maintain brand voice across all stages of the customer journey.
- Write and manage website copy, landing pages, and campaign messaging in German.
- Produce high-converting copy for paid marketing channels including YouTube and Paid Social.
- Script ad creatives tailored to social and video formats.
- Develop and execute organic content strategies across social platforms.
- Collaborate with creators, customers, and influencers to produce authentic, performance-driven content.
- Use A/B testing, user research, and performance data to continuously improve messaging effectiveness.
- Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market messaging strategy.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Copywriting, or Growth Marketing.
- Native German speaker with outstanding marketing writing skills; fluent English for internal communication.
- Background in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing software environment.
- Strong grasp of performance marketing principles and conversion-focused copywriting.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and data-driven messaging optimisation.
- Experience scripting ad creatives for YouTube and Paid Social channels.
- Proven ability to build and execute organic social content strategies.
- Experience collaborating with creators, customers, and influencers on content production.
- Analytical mindset with a genuine appetite for experimentation.
- Bonus: experience marketing AI products, voice technology, or conducting structured user research; familiarity with SEO best practices.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: €65,000 – €100,000. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
