We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Nurse (RN or LPN) in Ohkay Owingeh, NM to administer patient care in accordance with a physician established care plan.
This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. Once our patients are accepted into the program, there is no expiration for this benefit, which allows our team of caregivers to build lasting relationships with their patients for years to come.
$5,000 Caregiver Sign-On Bonus:
Eligible caregivers may receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments of $2,500 each.
First $2,500 payment: Paid after the caregiver successfully completes their first 90 days of employment, while consistently working a minimum of 3 shifts per week totaling 36 hours per week with the designated patient.
Second $2,500 payment: Paid after an additional 90 days, provided the caregiver continues to meet the same requirement of at least 3 shifts per week totaling 36 hours per week with the designated patient.
Eligibility Requirements:
To qualify for each bonus installment, the caregiver must meet the required 3 shifts per week / 36 hours per week with the designated patient throughout the applicable 90-day period.
If the caregiver does not maintain the required schedule, they will not qualify for that bonus installment. Meeting the 36-hour requirement with other patients does not satisfy the eligibility requirement.
This patient is a High Acuity patient, and they need a total of 144 hours a week, 12 hour shifts and will be split up between 3-4 nurses.
Open Shifts:
Tuesday - Sunday night shifts: 2000-0800
Sunday - Tuesday: 0800-2000
Wednesday - Saturday: 0800-2000
You’ll get to advocate for the patients and work one-on-one to provide them with the care that they need. This role will collaborate with CNA’s, HHA’s, Case Managers, and the patient’s physicians.
