Who are we?
Antioch is the simulation platform for physical AI. We allow teams to design, test, and train their physical systems in high-fidelity cloud simulation, accelerated by 3D-native agents.
With Antioch, teams create precision-calibrated digital twins, generate testing environments, and run massively parallel simulation scenarios. By moving development out of the field and into software, Antioch drastically reduces dependence on expensive, slow, and incomplete real-world testing.
We work with leading robotics, autonomy, and perception teams to make the deployment of physical autonomous systems safer, faster, and more cost-effective.
Who are we looking for?
We need someone to keep Antioch moving fast. You'll work alongside the founders and senior team, own the coordination and logistics that keep a growing company on track, and build the operational systems we'll scale on.
This is a high-ownership generalist role with an unusually wide surface area. In a single week you might run logistics for a customer onsite, redesign how the team tracks its commitments, and help ship social content built with our simulation platform. You'll report to the leadership team and touch nearly every part of the company.
If you're hungry, resourceful, and want to learn how a company gets built from the ground up, you'll fit right in.
What you'll do
- Own coordination and scheduling across the team: internal syncs, customer visits, candidate loops, and travel, so the right people are in the right place with the right context.
- Plan and run events end to end: team offsites, customer onsites, hackathons, dinners, and conference presence, from budgeting through follow-up.
- Design and improve our operational systems: how we onboard new hires, track commitments, manage vendors, and keep information flowing as the team grows.
- Pitch in on product marketing: website updates, social content, and campaign support in collaboration with the founders and marketing.
- Get hands-on with the Antioch simulation platform to help produce demos, visuals, and content that show off what it can do.
- Run the office: the space, supplies, equipment, and day-to-day logistics that make it a place people do their best work.
- Work directly with the founders and senior team, spotting what needs to happen and handling it before anyone has to ask.
What we're looking for
You don't need every box checked. We're looking for strength in most of these:
- You're highly organized and reliable: details don't slip through the cracks when you're involved.
- You communicate clearly and directly, in writing and in person.
- You're comfortable context-switching across very different kinds of work in the same day (an event budget one hour, a social post the next, a scheduling puzzle after that).
- You take ownership: you figure out what needs to happen and make it happen, without waiting for instructions.
- You've organized people, events, or projects in a setting where the outcome mattered, and you can walk us through how you did it.
- You’re technical enough to build a deep understanding of Antioch’s product, industry, and customer base, and to interact with the codebase.
- You're resourceful with tools, including AI tools, and you pick up new ones quickly.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in operations, events, or executive support at a startup or another fast-moving organization
- Familiarity with marketing, social, or content work
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, or office logistics
- Comfort with light design or web work (Figma, site builders, basic editing tools)
- Interest and experience in robotics, simulation, computer science, or AI
You may be a great fit if…
- You're in NYC or open to relocating to NYC
- You're a high-agency builder: you don't wait to be told what to do, you go figure it out
- You're energized by variety and thrive when no two days look the same
- No task is beneath you: you'd rather get it done than debate whose job it is
- You care deeply about what you ship and reflexively take accountability
- You want to grow into an operations leadership role and are ready to earn that seat by executing first
- You're choosing the 0 → 1 environment on purpose
Why Antioch
- Real problems, real stakes. Our customers build physical autonomous systems that have to behave correctly in the real world, and our work directly affects whether they get there.
- High ownership. You'll own systems end-to-end rather than narrow tasks, with fast iteration and direct feedback.
- Team caliber. Work with a founding team who have previously built and sold companies, and worked at leading companies like Tesla Autopilot, Meta Reality Labs, and more.
- Build the company, not just the product. Early team members help define culture, product direction, and how we win.
