What You'll Do
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based outpatient physical therapy treatment
Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, balance training, and functional rehabilitation
Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and wellness
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using AI-assisted technology
Qualifications
Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Strong orthopedic evaluation and treatment skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Passion for providing exceptional patient care
