FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team in Lake City. Whether you're looking to supplement your current position, enjoy a flexible schedule, or stay active in patient care, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll work alongside experienced Physical Therapists in a collaborative outpatient clinic treating a diverse patient population while providing individualized, one-on-one care.

What You'll Do
Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
Guide patients through therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance activities, and functional mobility
Educate patients on home exercise programs
Monitor patient progress and communicate with the supervising Physical Therapist
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered outpatient care
Qualifications
Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain)
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Strong communication and patient care skills
Outpatient experience is a plus but not required
New graduates are welcome to apply
