Primary Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
Develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based outpatient physical therapy services

Complete documentation using AI-assisted software
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
Qualifications
Active Florida Physical Therapist License (or eligibility for licensure)
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, Master's, or Bachelor's)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for delivering outstanding patient care
Interest in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular rehabilitation, balance therapy, or sports rehabilitation preferred
