Our outpatient clinic specializes in personalized therapy, balance, vestibular, and neuro rehabilitation, and we are looking for a strong clinician who can help mentor others and contribute to the clinic’s long-term success.

What You’ll Do
Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatments
Serve as a mentor and clinical leader for team members
Collaborate with leadership on clinic growth and performance
Ensure timely and accurate documentation
Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness
Contribute to a strong, positive clinic culture

Licensed Physical Therapist in Tennessee
Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities
Strong work ethic and ownership mentality
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
