A Day in This Role
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll:
Carry out treatment plans created by the supervising Physical Therapist
Assist patients with therapeutic exercise, balance activities, gait training, and functional mobility
Educate patients on home exercise programs
Monitor progress and communicate with the clinical team
Complete documentation using AI-assisted technology
Help create a positive experience for every patient
What You'll Bring
Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain)
Graduate of an accredited PTA program
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Positive attitude and desire to work as part of a team
Passion for outpatient rehabilitation
