As Alliance continues to scale, they are investing in the leadership, infrastructure, and insights needed to support their next stage of growth. They're looking for a Senior Director of Finance to serve as a strategic business partner to their leadership team — helping shape how the company plans, measures, and makes decisions across the business.
This role sits at the intersection of financial planning, business intelligence, and business strategy — translating financial and operational data into clear insights that help leaders understand performance, evaluate opportunities, and make informed decisions. The right candidate will bring an Alliance-first mindset, move comfortably between the details and the bigger picture, and help Alliance scale with confidence.
This is a fully remote role reporting directly to the CEO, with a seat on the Executive Leadership Team. Quarterly travel is expected for leadership offsites.
